Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources you will lead change management strategies and activities for multiple transformation projects. You will be the organizational expert regarding change management practices and will oversee Conagra's change management philosophy, framework and tools. You will partner with essential sponsors/leaders of transformation projects to establish comprehensive change management plans to ensure successful understanding and adoption of the new way of working. You will have no direct reports but will work with HR Business Partners and Project Management leads in applying multiple tools to document change strategies, identify direct and indirect team members, agree on important milestones, identify training needs, establish communication plans and complete other deliverables. You Will:
Establish and use an enterprise-wide structured methodology and associated tools for leading change management activities Promote the use of strategic business initiative through the design, development, and execution of change management strategies. Support project teams and HRBPs in integrating change management activities into their project plans. Conduct ongoing impact analysis to assess change readiness, identify important partners and manage anticipated resistance. Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics to ensure the project plan is on time and meets defined requirements. Help coordinate the design, development, and delivery of communications strategy. Partner with the corporate communications team. Partner with team members to consolidate input, document training requirements and support the design, delivery, and sustainability of training programs to support user adoption. Identify required behavior adoption and help project team, leaders, and HR Business Partner to assess the evolution of behavior adoption for the initiative to be successful and achieve expected results. Be a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. Advise project team and senior leadership team, change agent network, managers, and supervisors. You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or other related degree. Minimum 8 years leadership or direct HR experience; experience as an HR Business Partner. Minimum 5 years work experience including successful application of change management principles and methodologies with large-scale organizational change efforts Thought-leadership and have understanding of how to support transformational change enterprise-wide. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. Expertise with leading efforts to promote organization change, advising and providing support in the successful implementation of large-scale transitions from current state to future state. Excellent collaboration, leadership and decision-making skills; ability to balance strategy and execution of several change activities. Willing to serve as a 'player-coach'. Solid business acumen and the ability to influence and develop relationships with multiple team members, including executives, line management and peers in human resources. Quantitative skills, critical thinking capabilities and active problem solving while maintaining the focus on the bigger picture. #LI-MC1 #LI-Hybrid Our

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
