We specialize in the pumping of grease traps, basins, used cooking oil, hydro-jetting, and have a fully licensed plumbing company under the A&P Services umbrella.
We are looking for an outside sales manager with restaurant business to business sales experience to work with our existing book of clients as well as establish new relationships with customers.
A&P has an inside sales department to assist in administrative tasks and help you do what you do best! This position involves frequent visits to our numerous clients in a variety of locations around Chicagoland and suburbs.
Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for using their client management skills to develop sales and for providing company updates to clients.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a variety of environments and have a history of success with outside sales, particularly in the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
Be able to identify and qualify new prospects.
Reach out to current customer base to renew contracts and solidify verbal agreements for route service.
Be able to listen to customer's concerns, explain our suite of services, and secure the partnership.
Work closely with the inside sales team to schedule appointments, ensure service is being done effectively, and to create close partnerships.
Be able to speak clearly and persuasively in front of business and restaurant owners.
Handle objections effectively.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic; be self-motivated, goal oriented, and persistent in the face of failure.
Solve problems proactively; be self-directed, analytical, solution oriented, and flexible.
