We are a well established family owned practice with over 32 years helping families in the communities where we provide services.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greeting patients and their family making them feel welcomed Checking patients in/out Collecting patient payments at time of service or via phone/email Making sure patients have their next appointment scheduled at checkout Answering office main phone and helping patients with their questions Entering new patients into our medical record system Completing new patient insurance verifications Call patient insurances where pre-authorizations phone calls are necessary Answering online inquiries (social media, website, etc.
) Assist in cleaning and disinfecting to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, families and ourselves Ensure paper towels and hand sanitizer bottles are stocked and available Other general office support activities as needed Experienced in using Microsoft Office Products (e.
g.
, Excel, Word) Schedule:
3-4 days/week 2:
00pm - 7:
00pm and/or sometimes morning coverage Will need some flexibility of days and time

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
