50 per hour to start plus full company-sponsored benefits As Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will:
Receive complete training Communicate with customers by phone and email Answer questions and address inquiries Transfer technical calls to the field service team Learn to use the database Take, enter and process orders Make updates to customer account information Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise Escalate complex issues as necessary Perform other duties as assigned An ideal candidate profile will include:
Communication, Customer Service and Phone skills Computer and Data Entry skills A High School Diploma or Equivalent Pluses:

At least 1 year of Customer Service, Customer Support or Call Center experience ++
EDI experience / proficiency Western Suburbs of Chicago - Batavia, IL This is a contract assignment with a STRONG POSSIBILITY of converting to a full time, direct-hire job in approximately 3 months.
Partial benefits will be available from JobGiraffe throughout the duration of your contract assignment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
