We specialize in recurring service, cleaning for families throughout the Fox Valley and Western Suburbs every 1-6 weeks.

If you're looking to work 30 hours a week (Mon-Fri, 8a-5p), live within 35 minutes of Batavia, are hardworking, detail-oriented, love to please, and want to contribute to a high-performing team, you might be just who we're looking for! Pay starts at $20/hr ($18/hr for first 90 days) with annual raises up to $30/hr for Team Leads.
Health, dental, and vision benefits available after 90 days, plus a $50 monthly self-care credit to treat yourself to the monthly self-care of your choosing.
Our office is located in Batavia and our service area is a 35-minute driving radius surrounding Batavia, with many clients in Naperville, Wheaton, Saint Charles, Geneva, & Aurora.
Your car is your office here:
everyone drives their own vehicle.
We pay for all driving time, mileage, and tolls between cleans.
You'll visit our office once a week to refill your supplies.
WARNING:
THIS IS HARD WORK.
Cancel your gym membership now, because you'll be tired every day.
If you don't have the physical stamina to bend, crouch, kneel, lift, lug, and scrub for up to 8 hours a day, this isn't the job for you.
Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
We have a very thorough training program.
If you bring hustle and a good attitude, we'll take care of the rest! Requirements - Live within 35 minutes of Batavia - Physically fit to work hard labor for up to 8 hours a day - Mental toughness to solve problems, take feedback, and continually improve - Commitment to serving clients & contributing to a team - Your own vehicle (driving time, mileage, and tolls between cleans reimbursed) - Willing and able to drive up to 2 hours per day - Your own smartphone with cellular data - Be an honest, open, kind person HOW TO APPLY You have to apply on our website to be considered for this position!
