Summary:
The goal of this position is to facilitate, manage and bring through fruition projects in the Suburbs of Chicago.
This includes maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the job while delivery quality work.
Primary Functions include but are not limited to:
Provide world class customer experience as the first line of communication Knowledge of wood deck rehab, siding and capital projects Able to read specs Ability to manage own schedule and work independently Coordination of crews and manage according to project schedule Communication with building engineers, property manager, owners, and crews Attend Pre-construction meeting and confirm job specific details Maintain documentation records of each project Professional appearance and personality Board meeting attendance will be required both before booking and in the sales process Ability to manage conflicting priorities Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
