Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment/staffing/HR.
Associate in Human Resources (or equivalent experience).
Extremely detail oriented, organized and self motivated.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Knowledge and/or direct experience working in home health care particularly with an in home care agency.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment where hiring needs are ongoing.
Responsibilities:
Seek new and innovative ways to recruit caregivers.
Conduct caregiver phone and in-person interviews.
Manage the onboarding process of caregivers, including orientation and completing paperwork.
Manage caregiver credentialing and renewals of necessary trainings.
Ensure caregivers are up to date on employment materials, such as car insurance, TB testing, CPR certifications, etc.
Address caregiver concerns when necessary.
Manage supply orders.
Job responsibilities may fluctuate based on business needs.
