Experience:
1 year In-home healthcare/caregiving experience (CNA preferred) 1 year scheduling experience Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills:
High school diploma or higher Experience with a working with a home health care agency
Responsibilities:
Responsible for scheduling all shifts for Caregivers according to client needs.
Coordinate Caregiver work schedules and time off requests.
Serve as relationship manager between caregivers and home office.
Ability to serve in an on-call capacity twice a month.
Ability to manage emergency caregiver schedule changes effectively.
Assist in managing caregiver overtime scheduling.
Ensures caregivers are abiding by the work requirements, policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and training.
Reports staffing needs and scheduling concerns to The Owner, Community Outreach Director, and HR as needed Company Profile:
