Barista Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies - Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service - Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines - Prepare and package food items, such as pastries and sandwiches - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Skills:
