Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented, data-driven Market Research and Analytics Analyst to join our growing ALDI Corporate Buying team. This dynamic individual will provide analytical support to the Market Research and Analytics Manager. Using quantitative and qualitative data, the Market Research and Analytics Analyst will develop insights which will drive strategy development, sales and profitability of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Analyze primary and secondary data, providing regular updates on internal metrics (KPIs), category management, marketing initiatives, etc.
+ Perform analysis on company initiatives, yielding actionable insights such as ROI and sales/customer count growth
+ Analyze marketplace trends to identify new opportunities for the future for a given category fueled by data analytics
+ Develop strategies to assist Buying Directors on substantially growing their categories, manage product assortment and product strategies
+ Lead research efforts to analyze market-level data, including planning, forecasting and providing recommendations to cross-functional teams
+ Maintain positive relationship with internal personnel and external vendors
+ Analyze work procedures with the objective of driving simplicity and effectiveness
Skill Requirements:
+ Strategic and critical thinker with high emphasis in accuracy and urgency
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across many levels of the business and work with cross-functional teams
+ A self-starter with the ability to prioritize duties among multiple, concurrent projects
+ Ability to prepare executive-level recommendations and reports
+ Experience with data visualization tool Tableau
+ Exhibits advanced skill level with Excel
+ Experience with SQL queries and an understanding of data warehouse reporting to support data management, report creation and analytics
Job Specifications:
Education
Bachelor?s degree in a Business or related field and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Related fields/experience may include, but not limited to: KPIs, qualitative research, quantitative research, market insights, IRI, Nielsen.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
